It is a service that allows you to preserve your digital identity (messages, videos, audio, photos) and schedule them to be sent to your loved ones at specific moments (birthdays, anniversaries, major milestones), ensuring that your affection remains a living presence even when you are no longer here.
2. I'm not tech-savvy—can you help me record my content?
Absolutely. One of our key strengths is human connection. If you wish, our team is available to visit you in person or guide you remotely to carry out a professional recording service (video, audio, or photo). We will handle everything with the utmost delicacy, helping you express what’s in your heart.
3. Are my data and videos safe?
Your privacy and intimacy are our most cherished values. We use advanced encryption systems and strict security protocols. Every piece of content you entrust to us is protected and will remain strictly private: no one, other than your chosen recipients at the designated time, will ever have access to it.
4. How do you know when it’s time to send a message?
During the setup phase, we will agree together on how the service will be activated. This can be done through fixed dates (e.g., "June 20th of every year") or through a trusted contact (a "Guardian") who will notify us when it is time for your messages to take flight.
5. Can I change my mind or update my content in the future?
Of course. As long as you wish, you will have complete control over your digital legacy. You can add, edit, or remove content at any time, ensuring it always reflects your most current feelings and thoughts..
6. Do you offer support to those facing a serious illness?
Yes—this is where our human commitment shines brightest. We stand by those going through difficult times, offering not just a technical service, but empathetic listening and loving care. As much as possible, especially in this initial phase, we want to hear your thoughts. Our goal is to bring peace to those who leave and comfort to those who remain.
7. Why is only the first delivery free?
To allow anyone to start preserving their memories, we decided to make the first video message delivery (up to 5 minutes) completely free of charge. We would love to offer all our resources for free, because we deeply believe in love for others and the value of family. However, to ensure maximum data security, server maintenance, and long-term content protection, we must cover necessary operational and infrastructure costs.
Our commitment doesn't stop here: if Afterlife achieves the success we hope for in the future, we will joyfully consider making the service free for everyone, perhaps by introducing unobtrusive advertising to cover costs without burdening those who need our support.
