Refund Policy

This Refund and Withdrawal Policy governs the return, cancellation and refund procedures for digital services and personalized content purchased on this site.

1. Personalized Digital Products and Services

Most of our services consist of the creation, development, and programming of customized digital content (text, audio, video) created according to specific client specifications.

  • Exception to the Right of Withdrawal : Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code (EU Directive 2011/83/EU), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to specifications or clearly personalized, nor to the supply of digital content on a non-material medium if performance has already begun.

2. Order Cancellation and Refunds

  • Before starting work:

    If you wish to cancel an order, you can do so by contacting us within 3 days of purchase, as long as our team has not yet begun processing or customizing the item. In this case, you will be entitled to a full refund ( 100% ).

  • Once work has started or is complete:

    Once the files have been processed or the content has been completed and scheduled for delivery, it will not be possible to issue a refund, as this is a personalized and non-reusable service.

 

3. Changes and Revisions

We are committed to ensuring maximum satisfaction. If the material sent or processed contains technical errors attributable to our system or is inconsistent with the instructions provided in the order:

  • We offer free content review and correction within 10 days of receiving your preview or completion confirmation.

 

4. Non-Delivery or Technical Problems

​

In the event of proven technical problems that prevent the correct provision or programming of the digital service for reasons attributable to us, the customer will have the right to:

  1. A new processing/sending of the service at no additional cost;

  2. Or to a full or partial refund of the amount paid, if the service can no longer be provided.

Approved refunds will be credited to the same payment method used at the time of purchase within 5-10 business days .
